Hello and Welcome,
My name is Kathryn Cooper, MAcOM
I am a classically trained in TCM and a certified NAET practitioner and Qi Gong Instructor with 30 yrs of clinical practice and teaching. In 2013 I became a certified Ba Zi consultant. I have since gone on to complete several advanced courses in Ba Zi, Qi Men, and Tong Shu date selection.
Nourishing the Essence is the culmination of 30 yrs. experience. It is with a passionate heart to be able to continue offering NAET (remotely)** and Ba Zi consultations.

Ba Zi Readings

NAET Treatments
NAET is a method of treatment to clear blockages of Qi that can cause allergic reactions.
During a NAET treatment certain acupuncture meridians are stimulated via acupressure. This technique initiates your body's own innate healing to clear the offending substance by changing the cellular body's response. The body's immune system can then start to heal and reduce or eliminate further reactions causing distress or even illness.
